Often called the "townhouse" or penthouse unit, Orbicus consists of three bedroom "orbs" and one library/guestroom orb. These orbs float overhead in a structured grid walkway system. The orbs are fitted to the grid by semicircular arc areas, which are layered with connecting bands. These bands not only secure the pieces, but are also heating and cooling elements for the individual units and surrounding grid area. Each bedroom is also fitted with a smaller orb. These one person meditation elements offer with a wide range of mood relaxes.

Bathroom and kitchens are located via bridge to the outer portions of the unit. The ceiling is grided with a series of plasma canals, which exhibit an ever changing vanity of various patterns, colors and textures.

The main floor matches, the ceiling grid, but its canals are actually hydroponic gardens, which are imbedded into the floor and revealed by a glass walkway system.
