The Argaat is symbolically based upon the ancient sailing vessels of Homer's legendary Argonauts. The abstract sailing bed chambers are hoisted by a stair/mast which in turn are anchored in composition to a second shell like structure, which houses the bathroom and dressing area.

The sails are crafted in clean curvilinear lines broken only by translucent plasma shell of ambient electronically induced light and texture. Overhead, the ceiling pattern reflects these shapes as do a series of interlocked sail patterns, which line the units walls. A solitary ramped arch/well system houses and wraps the kitchen and dining room. This outstretched form also serves as a backdrop to a more private type office space just behind.

The window edge steps down to a defined seating and entertainment area. Here a curved, sunken, hydroponic garden (or aquarium) raise and lower as a featured, extended coffee table
