The city of UTAREK consists of three URBYNES. The
city's waterways are fed by three canals which enter at
three strategic points.
Each URBYNE contains
one large tower, 3 medium towers, 6 spiral towers and
three marinas. Because of the vertical nature of
the CIVTERRA city type, each building's floors are
referred to as streets. The large and medium
towers are are broken into two vertical districts,
designated 'North' and 'South'.
